That is one complicated watch, and the complete opposite of what I want in a watch. I personally prefer the simple square Piaget Altiplano (http://piagetusa.com/2_Altiplano.html). Very uncomplicated.

But I do understand how somebody will find this beautiful. It is. Too bad it isn't my cup of tea.
